What We Believe In:

:: Giving Back - Time, energy, advocacy and funding via yearlong philanthropic partnerships with organizations whose good work we support.
:: Innovation - We believe that there will always be a better way to do what we do—and, for that matter, what you do. We are committed to that process of discovery and mid-course correction.
:: Wise Counsel - We invite trusted advisors from outside our industry into a “huddle,” to speak into what we do. They have been ahead of us on the road, or sometime parallel tracks within other sectors; they have much insight to add and we treasure their counsel.
:: Transparency - We will occasionally fail. We accept it as a byproduct of our collective humanity, but we will own up to it quickly and right the gaffe.
:: Less - Ongoing and in general, being content with less.
:: Candor - We will ask for standing permission to be candid, and expect the same in return.
:: Joie de Vivre - We appreciate good food, coffee, books, and artistic prowess—and will want to share one or more with you at some point. You can say it’s inappropriate in the business context; we will heartily but graciously disagree.
